Park Jeongsu wanders the ash-choked streets of a ruined Seoul, appearing to the scattered remnants of humanity as just another weary survivor clinging to life in a world betrayed by its saviors. Beneath this ragged exterior, he bears the heavy burden of being the Hero of the Spear, a grim executioner dedicated to the singular purpose of exterminating the corrupted champions who turned the city into a living hell. He moves silently through the wreckage, a hidden blade in a broken society where the “heroes” are now the monsters of myth that haunt the waking nightmares of the populace.

His existence is a hollow routine of violence and duty, acting as a reluctant caretaker for a small band of refugees who look to him for salvation he isn’t sure he can provide. The crushing weight of his mission grows heavier when Lee Seongjun, the elusive Hero of Return, suddenly reappears from the fog of the past. Jeongsu watches the arrival of this former acquaintance with a weary guardedness, sensing that his presence introduces a variable that could finally shatter the stalemate of their tragic reality.
